OUR HEADLIGHT MODIFICATION BUILDING PROCESS โ€“ OVERVIEW

We have been designing and installing LED headlight products since 2010. All of our designs are manufactured in-house, so you can be confident your headlights are in experienced hands. This overview applies to all pre-built headlight purchases as well as mail-in headlight modification orders.

Our Process

1. Vehicle & Headlight Verification

We collect detailed information about your vehicleโ€™s make, model, year, and original headlight specification. Photos of your stock headlights are strongly encouraged. This step is especially critical for customers purchasing pre-built headlights, rather than sending in their own lights for modification.

2. Timeline Discussion

We discuss your desired timeline up front to ensure expectations are aligned. This allows us to evaluate workload, confirm feasibility, and determine whether we can meet your needs within the requested timeframe.

3. Design Vision

We work with you to define the desired look and functionality of your headlights. Some customers come to us with a completely new concept, while others want a custom twist on an existing design theyโ€™ve seen. Reference photos are highly recommended to ensure complete alignment before work begins.

4. Budget Alignment & Payment Options

We review budget considerations and align your vision with what is financially feasible. For custom builds not listed on our website, we can issue a PayPal or credit invoice tailored to your specific order.

Financing options are available through PayPal Pay Later, and other lending partners.

5. Deposits & Queue Placement

For invoiced builds, we offer a split payment option: 50% due upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The upfront payment covers materials and secures your place in our production queue.

Our typical queue ranges from 2โ€“8 weeks, depending on workload, seasonality, and build complexity.

6. Build Updates & Unforeseen Issues

During the build process, we typically provide progress photos and updates. While uncommon, unforeseen issues (such as damaged wiring or internal component failures) may be discovered. If this occurs, we will communicate the issue and any potential cost adjustments before proceeding.

7. Completion, Documentation & Shipping

Once the build is complete, we notify you and provide a final video of the finished headlights, which may also be shared on our Facebook and Instagram pages. The headlights are then carefully packaged and shipped. Each order includes e-mailed documentation or printed paperwork with coding instructions and/or operating guidance, where applicable.

Yes. Many Pre-LCI BMW xenon headlights can be upgraded with our LED angel eyes, eyebrows, and even full LED conversions when done correctly.

They can if installed incorrectly. Our Bavgruppe kits offer quality LED’s with built-in resistors, but proper coding is the preferred method to eliminate warning lights and flickering.

Our modern LEDs offer instant brightness, better color temperature, and more consistent output compared to older xenon systems.

Our LED’s are manufactured to the highest specififcation. Our quality LED components can last 30,000โ€“50,000 hours, far longer than halogen or xenon bulbs.

Most of our products include a one-year limited warranty covering workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, tampering, or modification by a third party. If such damage is discovered during inspection or repair, associated costs will be billed to the customer.

We cover return shipping within the first 60 days. After 60 days, we are still happy to assist by providing a return label at the customerโ€™s expense.
